September meeting on Sleep: Science and Solutions for the Whole Family

What happens during sleep?
Why is sleep so important for our bodies and our children's bodies?
What might be interfering with quality sleep?
What are some of the effects of poor sleeping habits for children and for adults?
How can we ensure that everyone in our family sleeps well?

Join us for a presentation by Dr. Benjamin Hopsicker of Alexandria Wellness Center on the science of sleep with Pediatric Sleep Coach Michelle Winters of SleepWell Sleep Solutions sharing insights on instilling good sleeping habits with babies and children.
